IT Support, Websites & Hardware in Bangor

The university, the hospital and a cluster of regional organisations give Bangor a working population that moves. Staff arrive and leave. Mailboxes get shared. Accounts quietly outlive the people who used them, which is usually where the security problems start, long before anything dramatic happens.

So the work here is mostly housekeeping. Two factor authentication switched on properly. Starters and leavers handled as a process rather than a favour. Licences reviewed, so you stop paying for somebody who left last year.
